Growing value- through innovation and future focused education is the theme for the Horticulture and Agriculture Teachers Association conference. 

This conference for agricultural and horticultural science teachers, run in partnership by HATA and TRCC, will offer opportunities to:

  • Engage in workshops, innovative practical activities and field trips relevant to your practice
  • Explore student centred programmes, collaborative environments and culturally responsive contexts in the Agricultural and Horticultural Science classroom
  • Hear about how Agribusiness can benefit the Agricultural and Horticultural Science sector
  • Share ideas and resources
  • Network with other Agricultural and Horticultural Science teachers and leaders.

TRCC will subsidise Teachers' travel for this conference for the first 50 paid registrations.

Live in accommodation for this conference is on site at St Paul's Collegiate School, Hamilton, hostel style single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities.
