Professor Paul Mayewski and Dr Daniel Dixon

Paul and Daniel are scientists and adventurers. Paul has led many first ascents of mountains and holds the record for surface travel over unexplored Antarctic territory. Paleoclimatologist Daniel has travelled more than 10,000 km over the Antarctic ice sheet to collect ice cores. He uses chemical information from the snow and ice to study past climates.
