Kiwi Space Radar

LeoLabs s-band radar facility, Naseby, Central Otago New Zealand

LeoLabs built its first s-band radar in the remote location of Naseby, Central Otago. This was the first radar capable of detecting small pieces of space debris. Radar is effective as it is not affected by sunlight, clouds, rain, snow or wind.
