Indian meal moth larvae, webbing and pupa case

Indian meal moth larvae are about 1 cm in length. They often feed on foods commonly found in our pantries, leaving behind silk threads and webs as evidence. The larvae can travel a reasonable distance from their food source – one reason why they are so hard to eradicate from pantries and cupboards.
