What types of tests are done to check that large-scale food production in a manufacturing facility is the same as small-scale food production on the lab bench?

To ensure that the product made in the pilot plant is the same as what we have produced in the laboratory, we run a series of tests on it. We complete a composite analysis.
So that means that we look at the , the , the moisture content. We look at the and levels of both of the products. And we just compare that they are the same, within a particular range, so a small percentage (difference between products).
