Workshop for teachers: Māori knowledge in NCEA Science

The aim of this workshop is to unpack the issue of incorporating Māori knowledge into the science curriculum and help science teachers see the new proposals in a more balanced and optimistic way.

Georgina begins with a presentation followed by brief contributions by Brian and Angelo from their perspectives as non-Māori science teachers. In the second half of the workshop Georgina, Brian and Angelo respond to questions from participants. This workshop ran in November 2022.
